As you all know, tomorrow will mark the end of our 2023 season with our closing EOY Tournaments for 8U, 10U, & 12U. We also have rescheduled the 6U teams to play tomorrow and participate in the closing excitement as well.

There are some final announcements I would like to share with you all leading into the day:

Any sold raffle tickets that have not been turned in need given to AJ Blose ASAP tomorrow morning. The winners of our raffle prizes will be drawn tomorrow morning at 10am. Anyone who had missing fundraiser items, missing/replacement pictures, or clothing items they did not pick up can also go to the concession to retrieve those items. Any issue we are not able to resolve tomorrow will be coordinated with those individuals on a case by case basis. As mentioned earlier in the season, we’re happy to say we’ve been able to find some help from another local entity in covering our Concession Stand for the entire day tomorrow, thus providing a break for our parents, and an opportunity for you all to just enjoy the day of days. We would like to thank the Hawthorn VFD for providing their assistance tomorrow!!! While there are some scattered showers expected, aside from an occurrence of lightning, all games will be played tomorrow. With that said, parents are welcome to bring tents to stay dry, we simply ask that you please keep those in the spectator areas on the property. Lastly, I would like to ask, and remind everyone that while tomorrow teams will be competing to win, please keep in mind they are all kids, as well as our referees. I ask for all spectators to please be kind and respectful throughout the day and display proper sportsmanship throughout the matches. We all want our teams to win, but we also want every kid to walk away with a fond lasting memory!!! Thanks!!!!
